Salted pretzels peanut butter chocolate smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate muscle gain
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 5 mini salted pretzels
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid or ice to reach desired consistency.
  • Top with crushed pretzels, cacao nibs
