Protein Packed Pancakes


3 egg whites

1/2 scoop muscle gain

1/4 milk or almond milk2015-10-15 06.54.03

1 Tbls PB2(optional)

1-2 Tbls flour (if needed for thickening)

Put everything into blender or food processor (I use my nutria bullet) and blend. After blending pour into a lighly greased pan and cook. Flip to cook both sides of the pancake. Mine made 3 26grams of protein
