Chia smoothie

Chia smoothie made with:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop muscle gain
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • Add chia to almond milk and allow to sit for 20 minutes.
  • Pour into a blender. Add muscle gain and berries.
  • Blend until well combined.
