Chia smoothie made with:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 scoop muscle gain
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- Add chia to almond milk and allow to sit for 20 minutes.
- Pour into a blender. Add muscle gain and berries.
- Blend until well combined.
